Owners - Amber & Nic
Amber grew up immersed in the real estate and property management world as the daughter of a successful builder and developer. This hands-on family foundation sparked Amber’s passion for real estate and property management. After successfully running a large multi-family rental business for 20+ years, she channeled her experience and entrepreneurial spirit into founding PrimaCasa Property Management alongside her husband in 2022, which specializes in luxury Tucson vacation rental management.

Are your homes fully furnished and well-equipped?
All our homes are fully stocked with a broad array of kitchen items, furnishings, towels, toiletries, etc.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
We do offer monthly rental options and discounts for those lengths of stays. Booking 30 days or more does require a lease agreement; it also reduces local hotel taxes due to stay length.
